Download 2299: Episode One
For iOS, you will be prompted to install a configuration profile. This is safe and standard for adding web apps to your Home Screen.
This will add an icon for 2299: Episode One to your Home Screen. Tapping it will take you to an interactive loading page before launching the game.
If you wish to remove the profile later, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the profile for 2299: Episode One, and tap "Remove Profile".

About 2299: Episode One
2299: Episode One is a free perk for all subscribers to The Lunduke Journal (one of oh-so-many).
System Requirements:
Windows: Windows XP and newer. Also runs under Wine pretty darn well.
Linux: Any sorta-recent Linux distro capable of running 32bit x86 binaries. If you are on a 64bit distro, you might need to install the 32bit version of some libraries. Run 2299 from the terminal to see what libraries you might be missing.
Note: I'll put together an AppImage for Linux soon to make that process easier.
