Download Instar
For iOS, you will be prompted to install a configuration profile. This is safe and standard for adding web apps to your Home Screen.
This will add an icon for Instar to your Home Screen. Tapping it will take you to an interactive loading page before launching the game.
If you wish to remove the profile later, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the profile for Instar, and tap "Remove Profile".

(Inspired by the Famicase cartridge cover "Galaxy Garden" by Michael Schillingburg)
I knew I wanted to make something with a beetle grub eating fruit/planets, but unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time, and never quite settled on an idea for the gameplay. I had fun with mesh deformation and custom shaders, though, so it wasn't all bad!
And you can play it! It's like a grub simulator. You can crawl around! And eat fruit! ... And that's it. Hopefully I'll think of something to use it for in the future.
