For iOS, you will be prompted to install a configuration profile. This is safe and standard for adding web apps to your Home Screen.
This will add an icon for Krankenheit to your Home Screen. Tapping it will take you to an interactive loading page before launching the game.
If you wish to remove the profile later, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the profile for Krankenheit, and tap "Remove Profile".

Krankenheit is a first person shooter set in a dark, sci-fi world, where you play the role of a silent humanoid mutant that escaped from the laboratories of the evil scientist that held it captive. Inspired by old-school classics, the minimalist polygonal art and fast paced gunfights aim to create a fun and challenging game without making the mistake of being retro for retro's sake.
